Earlier this summer, the Universal Jib Op NYC Team did a fun shoot for the broadway show, Maybe Happy Ending. We provided a 12’ Camera Crane Rental for this local NYC market with an operator and assistant. The camera flown was an Alexa mini with an Angenieux 22-60. After a few weeks of waiting to see what became of the footage, it’s finally here! Check out the link below for the trailer! What was very interesting about this shoot was that the edit was 9x16, but we didn’t do any framing for it. The editing team did a fantastic job making not only the 9x16 make perfect sense, but they kept all of the important action safe from all of IG’s buttons and captions. Well done! It’s always exciting to see other creative professionals do great things, congrats to everyone involved in this production!
